Who is this weekend for?

Our days can easily fill up with plans, responsibilities, screens, and expectations.

This weekend may be for you if life has become full, fast or demanding and you feel a need to slow down and reconnect with yourself. This is an invitation to become curious about the essence of your life and what truly matters to you.

No previous experience with yoga, meditation or self-inquiry is required.

You are invited to choose your own level of participation throughout the weekend.

What this weekend is about

Rather than giving you answers, this weekend creates space to explore a few questions

What distracts me?

What truly matters to me?

How would my days and my life look if I gave more energy to what matters?
